By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Free AI Drama provides a catalog and player for rights-cleared short dramas. Visitors may watch a cumulative 60-second preview. A verified account can watch the first three episodes of each series in full. Further access requires either a one-time pass for the selected series or an active all-access membership.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Prices are shown in USD before checkout:

• Full Series Pass — $9.90 one time: unlocks all episodes published in the selected series. It does not renew.
• Monthly All-Access — $29.90 per month: unlocks all published series and renews monthly until canceled.
• Annual All-Access — $259 per year: unlocks all published series and renews yearly until canceled. Compared with 12 monthly payments ($358.80), this saves $99.80 (about 27.8%) and is equivalent to about $21.58 per month.

Waffo is our merchant-of-record payment provider and handles checkout, applicable taxes, payment credentials, receipts, and payment-related customer information. We do not store full card numbers. Access is granted only after a verified payment notification is committed by our server; a browser return page alone does not grant access.

You can cancel a recurring membership from Billing before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless a refund or legal requirement ends it earlier.

Refund Policy

Contact support@freeaidrama.com within 7 days of the initial purchase for a one-time pass or first membership payment if you have not substantially used the paid access. For a renewal charged after you intended to cancel, contact us within 48 hours and do not use paid access after the renewal. Duplicate charges, failed delivery of paid access, and rights-based removal of purchased content will be reviewed promptly. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding access. We do not normally prorate partially used periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
